ANILOX SPRAY CLEANER | FULLY AUTOMATED ANILOX WASHING, RINSING & DRYING
The new Anilox Spray Cleaner is an automatic equipment designed to clean sleeves or anilox used with solvent, UV or water based inks.
The cleaning process involves three steps:
- spraying the anilox with the heated Recyl cleaning product (50°C),
- rinsing with high pressure water (80 to 100 bar),
- drying with compressed air (5 bar).
- The anilox is then immediately ready for storage or reuse for another run.
- The Anilox Spray Cleaner range is available in 4 models for maximum anilox washing lengths of 100, 180, 250 and 300 cm, so it is adapted to the various needs of printers in the medium and large web markets.
- The Anilox Spray Cleaner range is used with our Recyl W200 product suitable for all types of ink and is suitable for ceramic anilox or chrome cylinders.

CLICHÉ CLEANER | FAST AUTOMATED PLATE WASHING, RINSING & DRYING
Cliché Cleaner Range: new cleaning concept with a more reliable, simpler and more efficient process thanks to its fast 2-lateral brush.
The plates can be manually or automatically transported into the machine with the help of a feeder belt (optional).
After cleaning, rinsing and drying, the plates are immediately ready for storage or reuse for another print run.
The Cliché Cleaner range comes into 7 models for maximum plate widths of 45, 65, 82, 92, 115, 140 and 180 cm, so it is adapted to the various needs of printers in the narrow, mid and wide-web markets.

AC-N | CHEMICAL UNCLOGGING
AC-N | UNCLOGGING SYSTEM FOR ANILOX ROLLS AND SLEEVES
Machine for unclogging anilox rolls by coating with cleaning products: Recyl Clean Plus or Recyl Cobra (for deeper cleaning).
The AC-N machine can clean cylinders soiled by any type of ink.
Principle of operation:
Automatic application of the cleaning product with a peristaltic pump .
Application of the product with a squeegee to penetrate the ink contained in the cells.
Soak 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the condition of the screen anilox.
Automatic rinsing of the surface with the high-pressure cleaner.
Benefits :
Economical cleaning, the AC-N machine consumes only a very small quantity of product (~30g/m3 of cylinder cleaned).
Very effective and fast cleaning and extremely easy. Uses the same concept as a flexographic printing press with a synthetic (fiberglass) doctor blade.
